Schemes - Community Incubation Space

The project will provide additional business incubation space for businesses in Wansbeck.

These will be affordable premises with easy-in, easy-out leases that will give new and early stage businesses high quality facilities coupled with intensive business support and mentoring to help ensure their success.

Businesses will be able to lease these properties for up to three years, and will then be assisted to final move on accommodation.
